Mr. Lorry, I am sorry to inform you that my previous fishing trip in the river by the church was not a success. My wife set her Father's will against mine, and I came home with no catch. I know that we had arrangements for you to buy my catch afterwards, and would like to know what you would like me to do now.
Try to get the fish to me later, or whenever is possible. Good luck on going agianst those bad wills. @Jerry_Cruncher #Mr._Lorry
Thank you very much, and if Tellson's Bank wishes to plan anymore company fishing outings, feel free to talk to me for scheduling.
Mister Lorry you have been there for me orever and are like family to me. I wish to thank you for all you have done!
I just wanted to thank you for the news back in book one about my father still alive, and out of prison. You have changed my life for the better in so many ways. As you know when you come to our house, my family is now joyous and complete, thanks to you. Thank you so much.
Thank you for always being there! Thank you for leading me back to my father. Thank you for the friendship. I do not know how I may repay you. I have never been this happy in my life and you are such a huge part of the reason my life is so good.
No Lucie, thank you. My life was an endless cycle of work at boring old Tellson's bank. I was extremely bored with my life until you came along. My life is now exciting and much more eventful due to you and your father. Thank you so much #Jarvis Lorry
Don't have false hope, ms. manette. This man may not always be there for you. I had a man once. One that I know now is still alive, but that is beside the point. We were at our betrothal breakfast, when the guards rushed in and took him away from all of us under false claims. He was taken to the Chateau d'If, never to be seen again. He was thought for dead, but then he escaped after fourteen years, to become the Count of Monte Cristo. He still would not tell me who he was or what he was here for. People change. That's all I can tell you. Never trust anyone.
I really appreciate your help with Dr. Manette, Mr. Lorry. I believe that it was crucial for Lucie's relationship.
Well, I can tell that Miss Manette has improven emotionally. I am glad that has happened. I wish to help her more. Hopefully her relationships with other men will imporve.
@Jarvis Lorry. I feel that is very rude thing to say about a woman (ME). I am very disapointed about what you said and I thought you were a gentleman since you worked for s bank. But I now know that is wrong. # Luice Manette
Lucy, do not be so rude to Lorry. He is the man who has freed me from my imprisonment, and reunited me with you. You should thank him for all the help he has give both me and you.
#Dr. Alexandre Manette
You are a good friend of mine and you are welcome to come over to my house anytime you wish. I care about you for you have helped my family so much. I fear however that my imprisonment is still haunting me. With your help and Lucie's help I hope that I will be able to remain strong, but I can not seem to erase the memories.
@Dr.Manette. I thank you for your hospitality and trust in me to watch over your daughter. I know how much she means to you, and I also know how much you mean to her. I shall be willing to help you with your relapse, but I fear the memories will last forever. I wish your daughter a happy marriage, and I will do the best of my ability to help you.
I fear the worst from this revolution. I hope Charles Darnay and Miss Manette's marraige is not hindered at all by this, for I fear Darnay will be a wanted man soon.
I have confirmed that your worst premonitions are a reality. Charles Darnay traveled to France to save Gabelle (rich noble), but unfortunately was captured and sent to La Force prison. Lucie has tried to reason with Madame Defarge as the leader of the revolutionists, but to no avail. I fear that Madame Defarge will soon come for Lucie. I will try my best to protect her.
Reasoning? You must be mad. The revolution has not the time nor the patience to reason with nobility. How dare you put your petty relationships in the way of this force. The only way to improve all our lives is through revolution. Charles Darnay must suffer for his crimes, the crimes of his family, and the crimes of the nobility. I will not rest until all the sick imbeciles of his kind are eliminated. They are the problem with this country, the reason we are starving. The rich and the powerful will suffer for what they deserve, and rightly so. Charles will suffer, and so will Lucie if she decides to hinder the revolution. So will anyone standing in between the people and freedom.
Words cannot express my feelings of gratitude towards you. You are the reason why I was able to find my dear father. Thank you very much! #Lucy Manette
You are very welcome Miss. Manette. It was hard but I eventually found him still alieve in prision rather than six feet under with a rock over his head. #Jarvis Lorry
Once again, I am very thankful. However, I am afraid that he will have his relapses, or return to the way he was before, stuck in the prison making shoes. #Lucy Manette
Good heavens! Mr. Lorry, come quick! Dr. Manette is concealed inside his bedroom making shoes again, and he refuses to talk!
Miss Pross, we both know what needs to happen in order to prevent any additional relapses for the sake of Dr. Manette. We must burn the bench and bury the tools.
@Miss Pross #Jarvis Lorry
Then burn the bench and bury the tools we will, for the sake of Dr. Manette, and to ensure that he recovers from his relapse quickly and effectively.
You might now know the consequence of releasing Dr. Manette from his old life. This is why i had him under lock and key. Not so that he may be seen as an animal, but to protect him. His mind will die as his body appears to have been resurrected.
I am recovering quite well, thanks to the help of my daughter. The Support she gives me makes my recovery much easier, such as when she walks up and down the stairs with me. Her love and compassion also gives me strength to move on. Thank you so much, Lucie. I love you. #Dr Mannette.
I am the heir to a rustic chateau in France, but with the revolution I fear that my assets are no longer safe. Do you have any word on the condition of my estate?
My dear friend, Mr. Lorry, I know that I told you I would not travel to France for the sake of my familiy, yet I now have information that I must reveal to you. I am the man for whom the letter was sent, and from my own mind was the response taken. I have just arrived in France so that I might save my country and recall my house to its former glory, to fix that which I previously left to fall apart. Now that we are both in France, I would love to meet you and will wait in 'Le Bistro de la Liberté' in Paris every night until you come to see me. I hope you understand why I needed to come.
I thank you so much for your help with Dr. Manette recently. You handled the situation so well to protect Lucie and to also protect Dr. Manette.
@MistaJarvisLorry I am thinking about marrying Lucie. What do you think? #iamMr.Stryver
And as a man of business it appears to me that imagination is something that lets ones mind wander about so that it may think of things that have never been spoken about. Things like a rebellion against a higher force, for soon there will be higher truths revealed then those of the dolls father.
I see you are a man of business. This is something we have in common, as I have amassed quite a large fortune over my time here. Maybe I shall open an account at Tellson's bank sometime, if, of course, there is fortune to be made.
Thank you dear, dear, Lorry. For leading me back to my wonderful daughter. it is because of you that i am once again happy and full. I know have a son in law and even a granddaughter thanks to you.
It was no problem, it was wonderful to see you with Lucie again. Let us just pray that the past is truly behind us, and we can continue on with no problems.
Mr. Lorry, I thank you for the shelter that you have given us. It helps us very greatly, especially that we are in a tumultuous city such as this.
Mr. Lorry, I would like to confirm with you that my chateau will become the property of Charles Evremonde, or Darnay as you may know him, when I die. If anything were to happen to Charles, I expect that your bank would take good care of it.
Mr. Lorry, from the start you have always been there for my family. You have helped in times of hardship and always supported me. I thank you greatly for your kind words and your help.
Thank you. As a good friend of your father it is my honor to assist you any time. Notify me if you need help with anything. I am glad to assist you in your endeavors.
#Mr Jarvis Lorry
Please, Mr. Lorry, can you please aid my father and I in acquitting my husband? I know that by know you must suspect him of something, but please. He will explain all to us when he leaves that place. He will show you that he is no traitor.
While I do fear for my friend Charles Darnay as he sits in that awful prison, there is not much that I can do. I must keep up my ongoing status as just a friendly banker who means no harm to either side in this revolution. Otherwise I could end up in the same predicament that Charles has found himself in. I can only inform Dr. Manette of what he can do as one of them.
Mr. Lorry, you must come immediately! Dr. Manette is in horrible condition. Because of Lucie's absence, he has started to make shoes once again! He doesn't know who I am either. Come now! We must do something to help!
The French banking business is completely worthless! Only a small minority bank, and those who do are moving out of the revolutionaries way! I have argued to remove Tellson's out of France, but the logistics of the records and such kept inside are impossible to compensate for.
Oh thank you greatly Mr. Lorry. Your guidance during my relapse has comforted me in my recovery. Since then I have felt like a new man. My sudden burst of energy has rejuvenated me into being the man I have wished to become since those frightful days in the Bastille. Without the help of everyone along the way, I would not be capable of my role in the effort to help Darnay. For this, and for everything, I thank you.
I would like to thank you for your kindess and help to my family. Through this terrible time, you have always been there to comfort my daughter and help me when I am troubled. I will always see you as a great friend who I care much about. Thank you once again, for everything you have done.
@MistaJarvisLorry You must take the family papers and flee the country. Immediately. It is imperative that you do this now, for time is of the essence. Go now, and do not ask questions. Take care of the family. #SydCarton
I thank you for always being there for me and leading me back to my father. If all of this never had happened. I would have never found him or known that he was still alive. I also can thank you for my marriage, if I had not been led to this location, I would never have even met Charles. Thank You Mr. Lorry, my dearest friend.
I am glad that Barsad has left! I wanted to inform you that I have arranged a time to visit dear Charles before his execution. At least he had a life well spent; I believe a human being who has not secured the love of another has wasted his life and he should be truly honored to have Lucie in his life.
Mr. Jarvis Lorry, I beg you to please help my poor husband. My father has used his given powers to get certain information that lead us to you. Your my greatest hope, Mr. Lorry, so please save an old friend.
Lorry, that night at the cemetery was not for you to see, nor my son. I only did this for the good of my family, yet that did not work. Being a Resurrection Man was clearly not my first choice, but I would do everything for my family. Stay out of my business sir. There is no need for your input on my life, okay? Thanks.
Lorry, I just wanted to thank you for being such a great friend of my family and my dear friend Miss Pross. You are a great man, and I realize that Miss Pross has been warning you about how I go into my room and refuse to speak while making shoes. Do not worry, I know what I am doing, and it will all be okay.
I am so sorry for being so abrupt and akward with our talk with Solomon. Just do not tell anyone of my honest tradesmanship, Mr. Lorry, for my poor, poor family. #Jerry_Cruncher
I am very sorry for not listening to you my dear friend. Now I have been captured by revolutionaries who plan to kill me. I just wish I had listened to you when you advised me not to go to Paris.
Mr. Lorry, I have now become imprisoned again and I am beginning to see no hope that I shall escape the death sentence a second time, especially with them having forged a letter from Dr. Manette. I would like to thank you for all you have done for my love, Lucie, our daughter, and her father while I was imprisoned and long before I even married Lucie. Tell my wife and child I love them.
My head is spinning from all that is going on! If only Charles had taken my advice! Poor Lucie and her daughter are distraught. Charles has been in and out of trials and jails, and might face a death sentence. My dear friend Dr. Manette is trying to save us all. If that wasn't all, Sydney Carton has also arrived in Paris. Oh, I'm getting such a headache! Why, Darnay, why did you not listen to me?
My head is spinning from all the madness that is going on! Why didn't Charles take my advice? Poor Lucie and her daughter are distraught. Charles is in and out of jail, and may also face a death sentence. My dear friend Dr. Manette is trying to save us all. On top of all that, Sydney Carton has come to Paris as well! Oh, I'm getting such a headache!
If only I had stopped Charles Darnay from going to France. Maybe none of this would have happened....I hate for him to be in jail and expecting a sentence! Who knows what might happen out there. Atleast Dr. Manette is well-known and can save him....
I will try my best to help my son in law. Because of my reputation in France and my relations with Defarge I have a chance to get Darnay out and back into my daughters arms.
You disgust me! All you do is dig up the bones of corpses, quite similar to a dog. This is not a proper job, yet you have the audacity to call yourself a 'Resurrection Man'? I hope you realize your grave mistakes. Just because you sell the body parts to doctors, does not make your deeds any more ethical. However, being a 'Resurrection Man' has apparently led you to identify Barsad. This could prove instrumental in the release of @CharlesDarnay.
You have given me much help, that I cannot express everything that you have done. From helping me attempt rescuing Charles from imprisonment. You have tried your best to keep Lucie from exhibiting sadness which, like I have shown numerous times, is what I want. You're what I consider to be a good person, and whatever actions you have acted upon are always meant to be beneficial, never meant to do harm. I do hope you continue this because I will definitely need your help in certain situations, I can just tell. I have definitely changed from my first impression on you. I will hopfully eventually repay any debts owned.
OH halloa Mr. Jarvis Lorry, I am all for thanking you for the great deed of providing for my family, and Ms. Pross, while I was imprisoned. Also I would like to inform you that I am of a perfect state of being; do not be concerned that I am cubed in my room making shoes, for it is only a work of habit and I am sorting out my personal demons. All is well. Thanks again! #Dr.Manette
# Jerry Cruncher
I am sorry, Mr. Lorry, to have this truth come to light. But I only make so much as a messenger, you know, and I do have a wife and son to feed. Those dead people won't be needing their belongings anyways, as they have passed on. It is only fair that these items be dug up so that other people can have the privilege of using them.
Do you think that you could help me get out of imprisonment again? You did such a great job all that time ago, so I think you should do it again! Please! Oh, but thank you for the first time though as well. Help me again with your services.
Lorry, Mrs. Darnay and little Lucie are safe in my hands, good luck in your situation with Charles' imprisonment.
I do not know how I am ever going to repay you for all the help you have provided my family and I. I hate to see my dear Lucie upset, and you have tried your best to keep her from sulking. All I want is for my daughter to be happy.
I would just like to thank you for the wonderful news you have me awhile back... it was greatly appreciated and we have managed to finally get my father back to his regular state.
Your work was greatly appreciated.
Oh don't flatter me! My work is for the bank, and the bank is what I live for! I'm the man of business and will be there when you need help!
I hate to see Mrs. Manette like this. I just want to kill whoever is making her upset but if I did that, she would be even more upset. If only...
I thank you very much, Mr. Lorry, for watching over my family and me, and for destroying my shoemaking tools. You have been a great friend over these past years, and I am very grateful for your good deeds.
I feel of your sarcasm, but if you truly speak of this... I give thanks to you as well for giving by bank and me such a great expedition! These have been a great past several years worth knowing you!
Mr. Lorry, you have always been there to help me and my family. I graciously thank you for all these years of benevolent service. @Lucie
As Lucie did, I must thank you for assistance with us. We are in great debt to you and will always consider you one of our greatest friends.
I want to thanks you for warning me that the mob was preparing to kill the prisoners. By telling me that you have helped me to save the life of Charles Darnay. Thank you for looking out for my family and may God bless you for the kindness in your heart.
My dear friend Mr. Lorry, I cannot express how indebted I am to you for all that you have done for my family. You took care of my daughter while I was inprisoned, and reunited us after I was recalled to life. And if that wasn't enough, you cared for my family and stood at our side every step of the way. You took care of Lucie and myself when I would fall back into insanity, and, even to this day when Charles is in prison, you still stay to care for us. You owe us nothing, and yet you are one of the most loyal and devoted friends I have ever had the pleasure to know. We owe you so much, and yet you are content with only friendship. Your deeds to this family have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for your help. Lucie and I are eternally grateful.
So hypothetically, if I were to know about prisoners being murdered and I were to tell a doctor, would I save a certain person very important to a blonde young woman?
Obviously, this is not hypothetical, I actually did it. #jarvislorry
I find that your upkeep of Tellson's for all of these years is laudable. You direct you business with sophistication and organization. Any man with your commitment must be rewarded...I shall hope that these compliments will increase my son's chances of working there also.
Mr.Lorry, a generous fellow you are, I will be forever indebted to you for the kindnesses you have done for my family and I in the time we have been aquainted
How is buisness going Mr. Lorry? Quite, good I see from your well dressed self and your rank in our corupt society. You know I am quite tired of the way we must live with the nobles earning a great deal more than us. Though people like you work hard to earn their fair part.
